Sometimes I wonder what life is about. I'm sure we all do. But like, do we always need to be doing something? Where is the line between lazy and over-worked? Are we even meant to be working all the time?
I think balance is important. A balance between work, school, alone time, workout time, friend time. Everything in moderation. It is important to work to make money to do things you love as well as survive, to keep yourself busy, and most importantly, give back your talent to the community. School is important because it provides the tools for learning. With knowledge, you become a more rational and smart person. You learn the truth in things. Alone time is also very important. To be able to sit down and read a book, or do yoga, or go on a hike, or sip a cup of tea all alone, is healthy. This is time to reflect on your life, take a break from the madness of the world, and simply breathe. Alone time is where you grow the most, because you reflect and you can chose to make changes in your life. Workout time is a time to release energy, anger, frustration, and be a champion. Not to mention, it keeps you in shape and keeps you healthy. To feel flexible, strong, and thin can give you motivation and power to move and conquer anything. Friend time is also an important time to share your love and feel loved. You are not alone on this earth. It is nice to feel close to someone, someone who shares your beliefs and understands you. This is family. You friends will always support you, challenge you, make you feel better, and give you a hug. I love the ones who make me feel like my best.
